Male / female aged 18 years and over. Clinical requirement for vitrectomy surgery. Able and willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:
Aged under 18 years. No clinical requirement for vitrectomy surgery. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
