Inclusion Criteria:
Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Took part in the CPET and exercise programme aspects of the original local EDICT study.
Willing to take part in an audio recorded interview.
Able to attend Royal Bournemouth Hospital for the interview.

Exclusion Criteria:
Unable to provide written informed consent.
Unwilling to be audio recorded during interview.
Unable to commit or attend a 1-1.5 hour interview.
Any reason, in the opinion of the investigator or patients clinical team that makes the patient unsuitable for the study.
